Shipping Policy

Shipping is always free on Neat Homes. Allow two days of handling time, with Standard Shipping, you will receive your order anywhere from 5-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. All orders are shipped through FedEx Standard Ground Shipping. Returns

We are pleased to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for nearly every item we sell. The product(s) must be in their original packaging in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

Timeframe: If the product you have received was damaged in shipment, or you have received an incorrect item, we kindly request to please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After the first 30 days, if you find a product to be defective or faulty at any point during the term of any applicable manufacturer's warranty, please contact us prior to the expiration of such warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product; please contact us for more information on your specific item.

 

Resolution: We may resolve the issue through one or more of the following methods: return, exchange, replacement parts, partial refund, or warranty service. We strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase and our team will work with you to resolve the issue, but we do reserve the right to make the final determination of the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Any claim must be accompanied by sufficient photographic evidence to document the condition of the product and/or any error or defect.
